Where do I begin! I honestly can't recommend working with Louise more highly. We approached Louise after completing a huge renovation project so our budget was small and, not having worked with an interior designer before, we weren't sure what to expect and were worried that we wouldn't end up with a style we liked and/or would go hugely over budget. I honestly don't know why we worried! Louise was incredible, from day one she listened thoughtfully and considerately to what we hoped to achieve, she never pushed us on budget and found incredible items that worked both in terms of budget but also in terms of transforming the space for us. She totally 'got' what we wanted to achieve right from the start and completely 'got' our style. We had certain items that we had to build the room around and Louise wasn't at all phased by this and in fact the finished product tied everything in together so the original existing pieces we weren't sure about suddenly looked amazing with all the new pieces she had suggested. Louise isn't afraid to use and suggest colour in a sympathetic and glorious way and she was very happy to suggest upcycling or -reusing pieces rather than always suggesting new items. I honestly loved working with Louise, she's kind, empathetic and extremely talented. I am SO glad we found her and had the privilege of working with her. SW
Louise was the perfect person to help me create a new bathroom in my 17th-century Norfolk cottage (the old one had a catastrophic leak.) I also decided to redecorate my dining room - and again Louise was brilliant. She is warm and sympathetic, really listened to what I needed. She's an expert in heritage buildings, has a brilliant eye for colour and pattern and keeps looking until you've got exactly the right combination of paint colour, soft furnishings and fittings. And on top of that, she's professional, efficient and really nice to work with! Highly recommended. PH

I hired Louise to design the set of a Georgian/ Regency house. She helped design the interiors for both a London Town house and the classic Palladian Mansion. Her attention to detail was brilliant, especially as some of the research questions I sent to her were very specific and detailed. She also created some amazing mood boards for me to refer back to. Louise came to help me with decorating the extension we have recently built. I had already looked into furniture and fabrics but wasn't sure if they would look right in the room. Louise really helped me with this and listened to what I wanted to achieve, tweaking my own ideas so that the area isn't too matchy-matchy (which I knew I couldn't do on my own). Really helpful service, and most importantly for me she augmented my own ideas by listening to me. She's also saved me money by suggesting I didn't need to buy some expensive furnishings - which was fantastic. I really recommend her help. IF

Louise worked with us over quite a few months, being extremely flexible with our busy lives and really making an effort to stay involved. Her home visits were always informative and productive, and her questionnaire she provided went a long way with her understanding of our needs and expectations. Louise listened to our concerns and was able to provide thorough design plans that highlighted how we could best use our space (the main purpose of us using her) whilst also highlighting features and furniture that may best suit our needs (very much secondary on our side). All of this was extremely helpful. Louise was with us from the beginning, helping to choose flooring and paint that would give us the base interior feel we wanted to achieve. Louise was ever the professional and presented herself, her business and her product as such. Would certainly recommend for anyone looking for interior design help. Without Louise I feel we'd still be struggling to really make sense of it all and now, having had our renovations completed, we are finally getting around to populating our home with furniture to match the designs provided as best we can. Louise has helped us enormously with a significant extension to the kitchen/ sitting room in our old house. Louise became involved with ideas and plans from the very beginning. She has a calm and friendly manner, really wants to know what kind of outcome we wanted, which was key, as we project managed ourselves. We now have an area we absolutely love, which is a mix of modern with a feel of old and traditional, which suits the house perfectly. She introduced us to ideas we had not considered, which work well and we love.
